Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 3 working days to process your order. Expect an email within 4 working days to let
you know your order is on the way!


FLAT RATE SHIPPING:

Continental US orders only.
Orders are generally shipped within 4 working days using UPS for continental US orders.
Shipping fees vary depending on item and quantity. Please see our shipping policy pricing chart.


​​DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:


For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and
displayed at checkout when shipping within continental US. Please reference shipping policy
chart.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:


For offshore US Territories we use USPS.
We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada, Mexico using DHL.
Please allow an extra 7-14 days for international deliveries. International Shipping charges are
calculated separately and will be added to final invoice.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once
a shipment reaches your destination country. POPS Technologies is not responsible for these
charges if they are applied and they are your responsibility as the customer.


REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:


We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition,
and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at
msun@popstechnologies.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We
address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory
solution.
